Going to the Netherlands for the Intertraffic Amsterdam Conference!

Last week, Marie & Aurelien went to the Netherlands to attend the 2018 Intertraffic in Amsterdam, a 46 years old Conference which gathers traffic & mobility industry market leaders and experts! It is “a biennial must attend event to stay up to speed on the developments in the fields of infrastructure, traffic management, safety, parking and smart mobility”.

Those 3 days were rather busy ! Marie had the amazing opportunity to present Qucit during the Opening Ceremony. A plenary session held by the Netherlands Prince Constantijn, a special envoy for StartUp Delta. The theme of the opening ceremony was “New revolutionary ideas in a traditional market”.

A perfect introduction to the subject! On stage, we had the opportunity to pitch our solutions to all the mobility ecosystem in the Netherlands. A wonderful showcase for Qucit for its first real show outside France.

Our booth was located in the ITSUP section: a hall dedicated to smart mobility and automotive innovative startups.

On the first day of the event, we entered the “pitch arena”. This was a contest organized by The Next Web and Accenture to set up partnerships with companies and startup. The first contest (which we won!) was about presenting solutions which can contribute to smart infrastructure & public space.

HR Groep CEO and representatives, a Dutch leading company in traffic solutions, were members of the jury.

Our only regret? Not having enough time wandering around the crowded halls (we counted 13!)  and stands! However, we felt that there is a growing interest in the mobility industry for smart mobility solutions, big data analytics and artificial intelligence.
