Located in the state of Oregon, Eugene is known for its strong environmental values, its vibrant university town culture, and its commitment to sustainable mobility. With extensive green spaces, bike paths, and a community that embraces alternative transportation, Eugene is a leading example of a resilient and accessible city.
The local bike-sharing system, operated by Cascadia Mobility under the name PeaceHealth Rides, features a fleet of 4,200 bikes distributed across 163 stations and 2,000 racks throughout the city. This network strengthens intermodal travel options and offers residents and visitors a low-carbon, reliable alternative for getting around.
Since March 2025, Cascadia Mobility has been supported by Qucit Bike to enhance field operations. With 17 regular users leveraging Qucit’s optimization tools, the collaboration aims to improve system performance, streamline interventions, and ensure better bike availability across Eugene.
