2021 is the beginning of the partnership

between DecoBike and Qucit!

Qucit Bike allows them to optimize to the maximum their movements to rebalance and maintain the bikes. A real challenge due to the particularity of the system's network, from Indian Beach Park to Coconut Grove there are nearly 20 kilometers! In 2021, nearly 10,000 operations have been performed by the DecoBike teams on Qucit Bike!

Solution

An intuitive software based on Artificial Intelligence

Since 2021, DecoBike has used the Qucit Bike software stack to improve its operational efficiency. Qucit Bike consists of:

  • An intuitive mobile application for rebalancers that optimizes routes and tasks to be performed in real time;

  • A dashboard for the Operations Manager that allows them to track key productivity indicators, key system performance metrics and simplify the management of field agents.

DecoBike COO

“We had challenges keeping stations with available bikes and with empty docks so riders could return the bikes.

Qucit has help us forecast which stations would require bikes and at the same time have docks available.

It also has help us getting the drivers organized with their daily task.

We been getting great feedback from the members and users about having bikes available which in return helps us in the overall operations of the business.”
