▶ Why did you decide to implement Qucit for your day-to-day operations?
”We were very interested in maximizing our efficiency and effectiveness of our field operations team. Historically, we left decision making to the discretion of the individual leading to inconsistency, suboptimal choices, and a lot of wasted time. Qucit offered automated task management, accountability, measurable stats to provide feedback to our team members, and detailed reporting for our clients.”
▶ How does Qucit enable you to adapt to your needs in terms of rebalancing (stations to be emptied or refilled quickly)?
”We have been able to adapt Qucit to our needs by relying on the predictive ride data offered by the tool, which helps us anticipate surges in demand at specific stations. This predictive capability gives us the foresight to prepare our teams and resources in advance, ensuring that we can address any potential imbalances before they impact the service.
Additionally, Qucit ensures that we visit each hub at least once a month, maintaining a consistent presence across all locations. This proactive approach ensures that all hubs remain in optimal condition, minimizing disruptions for customers and maintaining a high level of service.”
▶ Qucit Bike is currently used by both your field operations team and your customer service team. How do these two teams work together on the tool?
”Our customer service team has the ability to manually create tasks for the field team or individual on shift and set the priority level. This way they can relay issues reported by users in real time, and then are able to confirm whether or not these tasks have been acknowledged and completed, removing the need to unnecessary followup. Relatedly, one of the more unexpected but welcome outcomes of Qucit’s implementation has been the significant reduction in the volume of internal messages.
Our customer service is also able to get a sense of where in our relatively large service area our field team members are located, then can manually prioritize tasks or notify team members to focus on a particular problem area.”

▶ How would you describe Qucit in a nutshell?
”The implementation of Qucit has delivered tangible benefits in both productivity and communication efficiency. By automating routine tasks and streamlining workflows, employees are able to focus on higher-value activities, leading to an overall increase in productivity. Simultaneously, the reduction in manual communication and the automation of status updates have led to a significant decrease in the volume of messages exchanged. Additionally, the tool’s ability to ensure that every station receives at least one visit per month has enhanced operational oversight and reduced the risk of missed opportunities or unresolved issues. As a result, the organization has experienced not only improved efficiency but also a more consistent and streamlined work environment.”
