Shift Transit Toronto
“With the implementation of Qucit Bike, our operations are optimized for vehicle mileage, gas consumption, and labour costs.[...] As a result of our partnership, we’ve seen very strong Y-o-Y improvements in availability shortages (full & empty stations). We also have the ability to get granular details on team member output, which allows us to improve our approach to employee coaching & training.”
Mobi by shaw go
“With Qucit Bike, we reduce the number of kilometers traveled and ensure that the bikes are taken to where they are needed most. This has allowed us to meet the increased demand on our system as ridership has increased, without having to invest in new rebalancing vehicles or significantly expand our team. Qucit Bike is also a tool that has improved our team’s job satisfaction, making it easier for them to make effective rebalancing decisions. ”
